Parent Yoga with Child Stay and Play is a delightful course designed to foster wellness and family bonding in a playful setting. Parents and their little ones engage in yoga sessions tailored to accommodate both adults and children, promoting physical health, relaxation, and mindfulness. Following the yoga session, families participate in interactive playtime activities, encouraging socialisation, creativity, and joyful connections. This unique course not only nurtures physical well-being and flexibility but also strengthens the parent-child bond through shared experiences and joyful moments of exploration and connection. The class is held in our beautiful sensory room and sensory led play is included within this session.
