Family Yoga at Blossoming Buds 🤍 This isn’t silent, serious, incense-burning yoga. This is movement made for children and their grown-ups. It’s stretching, wiggling, laughing, balancing badly, and trying again. It’s little ones learning how their bodies move. It’s confidence building. It’s regulation without it feeling like “a session”. And here’s the important bit… There is no pressure for adults to fully join in.
