Service Description

Stay + Play Café 🌸 Our Stay + Play sessions are relaxed, friendly play sessions where little ones can explore at their own pace while grown-ups grab a drink, catch up and actually finish a conversation. Ambitious, we know. Our play space includes role play, sensory areas, toys, books and plenty to keep babies, toddlers and preschoolers busy, with our café open throughout. Our new Stay + Play times Monday | 10:30am–12:30pm Perfect after Baby Brunch Club, but open to everyone. Wednesday | 10:30am–12:30pm Stay + Play with babywearing and sling support available during the session. Friday | 10:30am–12:30pm A relaxed end-of-week Stay + Play Café session. Saturday | 10:30am–12:30pm Our weekend Stay + Play for families who can’t always make it during the week. Private parties and venue hire are available from 1:30pm onwards. What about Sundays? We are no longer opening for a regular Sunday Stay + Play every week. Instead, Sundays are available for private parties and exclusive venue hire throughout the day. However, if a group of 5 or more families would like a Sunday Stay + Play, get in touch and we can open a Sunday Pop-Up Stay + Play especially for you, subject to availability and confirmation. So if your little friendship group, NCT group, membership gang or family crew fancy having Blossoming Buds open on a Sunday, gather five families and we’ll see what we can do. 🌸 Stay + Play is suitable for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Siblings are welcome, and the café is open during public sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Blossoming Buds Booking Policy At Blossoming Buds, we understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. We always aim to be as flexible and supportive as possible whilst also protecting our small business, staff time, and limited class spaces. By booking a class, event, membership, or session with Blossoming Buds, you agree to the following terms: Booking & Payment All classes, events, and sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place unless otherwise stated. Memberships are charged monthly and are subject to their individual membership terms. Cancellations & Refunds Pay As You Go Sessions Bookings are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to transfer your booking where possible. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be lost. No refunds or transfers can be given for missed sessions. Courses & Special Events Courses, workshops, and special events are non-refundable due to limited availability and preparation costs. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a transfer at our discretion if sufficient notice is given. Memberships Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. All memberships have a minimum commitment period of 3 months from the date of sign-up. After the initial 3-month period, memberships will continue on a rolling basis unless cancelled. A minimum of 4 weeks’ written notice is required to cancel your membership after the initial commitment period. Notice must be given in writing via email. Memberships may not be paused unless agreed in exceptional circumstances. Failure to attend sessions does not cancel or reduce membership payments. Tiny humans refusing naps, shoes, car seats, or reality itself unfortunately does not count as formal notice. Illness Policy Please do not attend sessions if you or your child are unwell. This includes: Sickness or diarrhoea within the last 48 hours High temperature or fever Contagious illnesses Significant cold or flu symptoms where your child is unable to comfortably take part This helps us protect vulnerable babies, children, families, and staff attending our sessions. Children share germs with the commitment and efficiency of tiny biological weapons. Arrival Times Please arrive on time where possible to avoid disrupting sessions.
