By purchasing a Blossoming Buds membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Membership Eligibility
Memberships are intended for use by a single household and may only be used by the named members registered on the account.
Each membership may have up to two named adults registered to the pass. These adults may attend sessions independently or together, depending on the membership benefits.
To protect the integrity of our memberships and keep prices affordable for all families, staff may request photographic identification at any time to verify membership holders.
Children Included
Memberships include all children who are part of your immediate family household.
Children attending who are not part of your immediate family household, including friends, cousins, nieces, nephews, childminders' children, or other guests, are not covered by the membership and will be charged at the applicable session rate.
Minimum Membership Term
All memberships are subject to a minimum commitment period of 3 months from the date of sign-up.
Memberships cannot be cancelled during the initial 3-month commitment period unless agreed by Blossoming Buds in exceptional circumstances.

Membership payments will continue throughout the notice period.
Failure to attend sessions does not constitute cancellation of a membership.
Payments
Membership payments are collected monthly via the agreed payment method.
If a payment fails, Blossoming Buds reserves the right to suspend membership benefits until payment has been received.
Any outstanding balances must be settled before access to classes, events, or member benefits can resume.
Membership Usage
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared outside of the registered household.
If we believe a membership is being used inappropriately, shared with non-members, or used fraudulently, we reserve the right to:

Suspend membership benefits
-
Cancel the membership without refund in serious cases
We appreciate that families often attend together and bring guests occasionally, but honesty helps us keep memberships fair and affordable for everyone.
Classes & Session Availability
Memberships provide access to eligible classes and sessions subject to availability.
Some events, workshops, parties, guest-led sessions, and special experiences may require an additional fee and may not be included within membership benefits.
Advance booking may still be required for classes and events.
Missed Sessions
No refunds, credits, or extensions will be provided for sessions missed due to illness, holidays, personal commitments, or non-attendance.
Changes to Timetables & Services
Blossoming Buds reserves the right to amend class timetables, instructors, session content, opening hours, membership benefits, or venue arrangements where reasonably necessary.
We will always endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
Illness & Safety
Parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Children and adults should not attend sessions if they have experienced sickness or diarrhoea within the previous 48 hours or have a contagious illness.
